Chilli Chicken Pie

Chilli chicken pie

Ingredients (1 pie = 10 servings)

1 Kg chicken breast/filet
3 eggs
100 g fine oats
2 bell peppers
2 onions
Fresh black pepper, salt and chilli powder
Optional soy sauce

Directions

1. Heat up a large skillet over medium heat
2. Cut the onions and bell peppers in small pieces and put It in the skillet and cook until tender/soft.
3. Put all ingredients (also the raw chicken) in the food processor and blend/cut.
4. Put the mixture in a silicone baking tin (pie)
5. Put in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes
