High Protein Chocolate Brownies

These High Protein Chocolate Brownies are perfect for a Pre or Post workout snack, or a meal on the go. This recipe only uses 1/2 the Muffin Mix, which means you have 1/2 a mix left for a small batch of muffins!

1/2 packet (170g) of Protein Bread Co Protein Muffin Mix
100g choc chips
60g cocoa powder
100g walnuts
200g zucchini grated
¾ cup almond milk
3 eggs
Teaspoon Natvia


1 Pre Heat for 170g degrees
2 In one bowl mix together cupcake mix, natvia, chocolate chips, cocoa, walnuts and grated zucchini.
3 In second bowl mix together egg and milk.
4 Gently combine wet & dry ingredients.
5 Line a baking tray with baking paper and spray oil down ends.
6 Pour mix in and even out.
7 Bake at 170 deg for 15-20mins. Let cool for 1hr at room temp (still in tin)
8 Refrigerate for 2hrs before slicing as it makes it more if that fudgy brownie texture and also easy to slice, and is even better overnight.
