PBCo Sunflower & Linseed Bread Mix a delicious, gluten-free and low-carb bread mix that’s highly nutritious and naturally high in fibre. Each serve has 12g of protein and only 8g of carbs – at last, bread is finally back on the menu!

This bread has a beautiful, natural and wholesome taste, it’s great toasted or fo sandwiches. You can also use this mix to make croutons for your salads, or to create delicious french toast – however you eat this bread, you’ll never miss out again.

One packet makes 1 Loaf of low carb bread – 10 serves or 20 slices.

Lupin flour, rice flour, linseeds (18%), golden flaxmeal, egg white powder, sunflower seeds (4.5%), raising agents (glucono delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate, calcium phosphate), kibbled sunflower, salt, chia seeds.
