EACH TABLET CONTAINS

Ziziphus jujube (Ziziphus) seed 1.5g
Humulus lupulus (Hops) flower 300mg
Schisandra chinenis (Schizandra) fruit 250mg
Verbena officinalis (Vervain) herb 250mg
Avena sativa (Oats) seed powder 150mg

DOSAGE

Adults: Take one to two tablets twice daily.

CAUTIONS

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
