Directions for Use

Take one tablet daily with food preferably with breakfast or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Contains no added dairy lactose wheat egg fish artificial colours flavours or sweeteners.
Contra-Indications and Precautions
Warning: This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium-containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years.

This product contains pyridoxine hydrochloride which may be dangerous when used in large amounts for a long time. Vitamins should not replace a balanced diet.
