Peace, Love and Vegetables Super-Kraut Kim-Chi (medium strength) is a delicious fermented condiment included with savoury dishes and is a healthy tasty addition to salads.

Always one to get creative, we’ve taken an nontraditional approach to this feisty Kim-Chi! A fibre rich mix of cabbage, carrot and sweet potato, this kraut has been supercharged with a spicy combo of Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric and Black Pepper to fire up your taste buds!

The product is organic, raw, unpasturised, rich in good lactic acid bacteria, free from vinegar or flavour enhancers and free from all common allergens.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a live, fermenting product. Our supplier has informed us it is fine to keep this product out of the fridge for up to a week during transit however the product will continue fermenting if it reaches a certain temperature. Warmer temperatures may lead to some bubbling or leakage as the product continues to ferment.

For these reasons PLEASE OPEN SLOWLY once received as there may be excessive pressure contained within the jar during transit
