Dr Superfoods Certified Organic Matcha Tea Powder is made from ceremonial grade tea which uses only the smallest leaves grown in the shade from the very tips of the tea bush. This creates a vibrant green colour, slightly sweet and smooth flavour!

This powdered green tea is harvested differently to normal tea. The final few months growing prior to harvest is done in the shade, boosting the chlorophyll content. Matcha Tea comes in 4 grades, varying in price and quality. This is ceremonial grade. It is high is antioxidants, polyphenols and catechins.
