Organic Beet – Beetroots have a distinctive red colour which is due to betacyanin, an antioxidant that is important for heart health. It is fat free, low in salt and a good source of fibre.
Organic Goji – Goji berries have been consumed as a food and as a medicine in Asia for at least 2000 years. Goji berries are rich in carotene, vitamin B and vitamin C. The fruit also contains amino acids (the building blocks of proteins), iron, and trace elements essential to the body, including zinc, copper, selenium, calcium and phosphorus.
