Grass Fed Ghee

Natural Road New Zealand grass-fed ghee is traditionally produced by simmering butter to remove the milk solids so that only the clarified fat remains.

Directions:

Traditionally used in Indian cooking, ghee is a tastier alternative to standard cooking oils and can be used for baking, frying, sautéing, roasting or as a creamy coffee keto hit!
Rich in medium chain triglycerides (MCTs), it has a high smoke point and enhances cooking flavours.

Ingredients:

100% clarified butter.
May contain traces of lactose.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Does not require refrigeration.
Use a clean, dry spoon to remove ghee from jar.
