Preparation
Microwave:
Combine 1/3 cup porridge & ¾ cup water or milk in a microwave safe bowl, stir and cook on high for 90 seconds.
Stove:
Combine in a saucepan, stir and gently simmer on low heat until thick & creamy (approx. 4min).
Serve with milk or touch of yoghurt and add natural sweeteners like honey and fruits. Great for bircher muesli.
