Directions for Use

To support mood and help relieve stress and nervous tension: Inhalation – Add 5 drops (1/4 mL) in water in oil burner .
Massage – Add 5 drops (1/4 mL) to 10 mL carrier oil. Rub into neck and shoulders, twice daily.
To revitalise hair and scalp: add 5 drops (1/4 mL) in 10 mL carrier oil, like almond oil or coconut oil, and massage into the hair and scalp.
