Indications

Extra Strength St John’s Wort 3600 contains a standardised extract of St. John’s wort, an established medicinal plant with a long tradition of use in Western herbal medicine.
St John’s wort may assist in the management of mild anxiety, nervous tension, restlessness and irritability.
St John’s wort may improve the architecture and quality of sleep and help relieve sleeplessness.

WARNINGS

St John’s wort affects the way many prescription medicines work, including the oral contraceptive pill. Consult your doctor.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
herbal extract equiv. to dry
Hypericum perforatum (St. John’s Wort) flowering herb top 3.6g stand. to contain hypericin derivatives calc. as hypericin  1.98mg

Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Directions

Adults – Take 1-2 tablets daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children under 12 years – Only as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
