Clary Sage is a complex oil having a particular affinity with the female cycle. Its use is therefore ideal during painful periods.
Used in traditional aromatherapy for the relief of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhoea), for scanty periods (amenorrhoea), for its uplifting effect on mood and to relieve stress and mild anxiety

Directions for Use

Add 5 drops (1/4mL) in 10mL of carrier oil and massage onto stomach area in a clockwise direction.

Do not use:

While pregnant or breast-feeding without medical supervision
