Bergamot is a plant that produces a type of citrus fruit. Bergamot essential oil is derived from the peel of the fruit and is used in both aromatherapy and perfumery thanks to its refreshing aroma. In traditional aromatherapy, Bergamot Oil is used to relieve mild anxiety, stress and nervous tension and as a sedative to aid relaxation

Directions for Use

Add 6 drops to water in an oil burner.
