Directions for Use

Adults only: To help mild respiratory conditions and help relieve mild anxiety, stress and nervous tensions – add 6 drops to 500mL hot water and inhale steam vapour.
For topical application to relieve minor wounds and inflammatory skin complaints – Add 5 drops (1/4mL) in 10mL carrier oil

Do not use:

While pregnant or breast-feeding without medical supervision
Near eyes. Seek medical attention if contact occurs
