Our supplier has informed us it is fine to keep this product out of the fridge for up to a week during transit however the product will continue fermenting if it reaches a certain temperature. Warmer temperatures may lead to some bubbling or leakage as the product continues to ferment.
For these reasons PLEASE OPEN SLOWLY once received as there may be excessive pressure contained within the jar during transit
