Ingredients:

Inactive yeast. It has been dried and pulverised so that it is inactive hence no longer has fermenting or leavening properties. Rich in vitamins and minerals. Also high in fibre and protein.

Directions:

Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons into a glass of milk, water or juice.
