Directions for Preparation of One Loaf
You will need:

120 g egg whites or 2 large eggs
a pinch of salt
460 mL water
1 packet of Protein Bread Mix

Preparation

Set your oven to 180°C and preheat for 20 minutes. Line a loaf tin (approx. 22cm x 9cm) with baking paper.Step 1: Mix
Empty the contents of this packet into a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and add the water and eggs. Gently hand mix with a spoon or whisk only.Step 2: Pour

Pour mix into the tin. Sprinkle with your favourite seeds.Step 3: Bake

Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 60 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing with a sharp serrated bread knife.Storing your Protein Bread

Once cooked and cooled, keep refrigerated at 1-4°C and consume within 5 days or slice and freeze in sandwich bags for up to 3 months.
