In most instances we have all items in stock however occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability. You can either arrange for us to contact you when the item has arrived, or place a new order for the missing item at a later date.

We use Australia Post for the majority of our mail order deliveries. A standard shipping fee will apply to all orders. Delivery costs will vary according to the size, weight and destination of the parcel. Shipping costs will be confirmed with your order.
 

We will ship your order on the same day we have received and processed your payment however due to stock variations there may be a slight delay.   Parcels within Australia can take approximately 2 to 7 working days depending on location.  We only deliver within Australia.

Elite Health Supplements is happy to credit you in full if you wish to return any item in its unopened and original packaging within 7 days after receipt of delivery, however we will not issue refunds for shipping charges.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for personal reasons such as taste etc. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
