It is best kept refrigerated or, for longer term storage, it can be frozen.

One of the many benefits of hemp oil is that it will not turn to a solid in home freezer temperatures, and remains pourable.

It can be used on salads or in dressings and smoothies but do avoid in cooking as it has a smoke point of 150°C.
