Niulife Coconut Clarity MCT Plus is nature’s powerful high performance formula which rapidly metabolises into ketones to increase mental and physical energy and clarity. Ketones provide the brain and body with an alternative fuel derived from quality fats rather than sugar.

The amazing product is a diverse blend of MCT oil, coconut oil, chia oil, flax oil and other products rich in Omega 3. The oils work together to create energy and clarity by saturating damaged brain cells with ketones instead of glucose. It is a liquid oil with a light flavour and is best taken either before meals or used raw in cooking in salad dressings, to drizzles on steamed veg, in dips and baking etc. The product is stable in liquid form regardless of the temperature.

The recommended dose is 6 teaspoons per day, taken at the start of 3 daily meals (ie: no more than 2 teaspoons per meal) but it is highly recommended to start off with a smaller dose and build up as the inclusion of this much oil in the diet in one go may cause digestive upset in some.
