Cassava Flour

Organic Road Cassava flour is made from the whole root of the cassava plant (also known as yuca, manioc). The root is peeled, dried, then ground into a fine powder.

Cassava flour can usually replace wheat flour 1:1 by volume (1 cup cassava flour ˜ 1 cup wheat flour) in many recipes.
