Organic Road 100% Pure Organic Unprocessed Bran is made by separating the protective outer layer of the wheat grain, and is an excellent source of dietary fibre. It is often removed from wheat products during milling to create white flour, leading to a loss of valuable nutrients and fibre.

Directions:

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon on breakfast cereal or fruit, mix with fruit juices, add to biscuits, cakes, muffins, breads and other recipes. If you’re not used to eating high fibre foods, start with a teaspoon a day, and build up to a tablespoon over a few weeks.
