Ingredients Per Capsule:

Zinc glycinate 32.65mg equiv to zinc 10mg Zinc citrate dihydrate 24.92mg equiv to zinc 8mg Polaprezinc 31.12mg eqiov to zinc 7mg. Total Zinc 25mg. DOES NOT CONTAIN Animal products including eggs, fish, crustaceans, dairy. Also no sugars, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, artificial flavours, preservatives and sweeteners

Dosage Instructions:

Adults – take 1 capsule once daily with water. Always read the label. Follow directions for use. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
