Background: I was born and raised on the Central Coast NSW. I developed a passion for fitness at the age of 14 when i started at the gym for school sports and have had a passion for it ever since. It was at that same age that i decided that i would one day like to compete in bodybuilding one day and admired the likes of Corey Everson. I am a mum of 3 beautiful kids and i am a fully qualified Cert IV Master Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness and am currently completing my Fitness Diploma and Cert IV in Physiotherapy Aid through the Australian Institute if Applied Sciences. I am fully registered with Fitness Australia. I have been working in the fitness industry for approx 5 years within a gym environment as well as training my clients outside and have now decided to focus on my Personal Training business Ultimate Personal Training as well as working with Elite Health Supplements which both allow me to work towards my passion of changing people’s lives through health and fitness.
